Salmonberry Jam!

Last week I entered a contest on Facebook on 3 Eagles Ranch's wall and won a jar of Salmonberry Jam! Frances sent it immediately and we got it on Saturday. It is very sweet and delicious! The berry has big seeds, that when you take a taste of it by itself, they kind of ruin the effect. But on toast, the seeds go unnoticed. Here is a pic of it on hot, buttered toast.

Thanks again to 3 Eagles Ranch for the wonderful prize! It will be a welcome addition to our breakfasts and snacks.
